The Alexander Technique


Applies the principles of the Alexander Technique to technical and performance issues. Students learn to recognize and change counter-productive habits and to allow natural postural reflexes to work, improving length, balance, and flexibility. The result is enhanced range of expression and the ability to make choices about how one moves. This course is available as Pass/Fail, but students pursuing the Certificate in Somatic Studies must enroll for a letter grade.
