Dance majors and minors acquire the thinking, writing, and communication abilities that come with a rigorous liberal arts education, and the life-long benefits of serious training in movement, aesthetics, and somatics. While many of our students successfully pursue careers in arts and dance education, many also pair the study of dance with another major, which opens up a wide variety of career paths they might pursue after graduate.
