PAD Alums, Sanjit De Silva LA ' 98 and Sathya Sridharan LA '09 to act in a new radio play version of "Richard II."

Next week, The Public Theatre in New York will stage a new radio play version of Richard II. Directed by Saheem Ali, the play will feature WashU Alumni Sanjit De Silva (LA '98) as Mowbray/Exton and Sathya Sridharan (LA '09) who will be playing the part of Bagot.


July 13 -16, 2020  The Public Theatre in New York will stage a new radio play version of Richard II.   Directed by Saheem Ali, the play will feature WashU Alumni Sanjit De Silva (LA '98)  as Mowbray/Exton and  Sathya Sridharan (LA '09) who will be playing the part of Bagot. Richard II will be broadcast in four parts nightly from Monday, July 13 through Thursday, July 16 at 8:00 p.m. EST on WNYC 93.9 FM and AM 820 for listeners in the New York tri-state area and will stream nationwide at WNYC.org.  Each episode will run approximately 1 hour.  Each episode will be made available for downloads following its radio premiere wherever you get your podcasts.
