Contact Improvisation

Dance 212 - Spring 2020

Introductory studio work in fundamentals and principles of contact improvisation. This type of improvisation is a dance form done with a partner in which time is experienced instant by instant, because interaction is formulated spontaneously. May be repeated one time. This course is available as Pass/Fail, but students pursuing the Certificate in Somatic Studies must enroll for a letter grade.
