Please fill out the form to submit to the Virtual Platform. If you already have a finished product, please upload your work below. If your project is still in develolpement, please submit a description of your idea and if available a short clip/sample. We will contact you via email concerning its completion and final submission.
When submitting your finished product or sample product, please use the following naming convention: Last Name-First Name-Date, and for your Graphic please use the following naming convention: Last Name-First Name-Date-Graphic
All submissions will be reviewed by members of the Performing Arts Department Production committee and you will be contacted as to the suitability of the material for the Virtual Platform.
PLEASE NOTE: All final productions submitted will be reviewed in advance of their addition onto the Virtual Platform.

Upload your completed project. Please use the same title for your project that you have given us on this form. If needed your project titles can be revised before the final approvel project is released on the Virtual Platform. Please remember that you must submit your file before submitting your form.
Please include an image that can be used as the graphic to help market your project on the Virtual Platform. The photo/image should be a large a possible, (no close-ups) with plenty of area around the subject. The photo/image should not contain text unless it is in the background and unobtrusive. Please title your graphic with the same title of your project with "-graphic" added at the end so that we can keep your project together. Please remember that you must submit your file before submitting your form.
